The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.274 of 2020, under Sections 147,148,149, 336, 302, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Dhampur; District Bijnor during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 24.7.2023 but he is pressing the instant second bail application on the ground that in the present matter along with applicant co-accused Vipin, Rinku @ Rupendra, Golu @ Ritik and Banti were also made accused and in the FIR only general role
