The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shashi with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.895 of 2025, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have been involved in four criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned, bail orders have been annexed as Annexure-4 to the bail application.
