As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused persons, namely, Krishna and Karan, are stated to have assaulted and caused grievous injuries to Suresh s/o Thowane Kori on 16.02.2025 at about 9:30 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
