Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.175 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali, District Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused persons, namely, Krishna and Mohan, are stated to have assaulted and caused grievous injuries to Suresh s/o Thowane Kori on 16.02.2025 at about 9:30 p.m. 5.
