This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Pravesh Prajapati, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.120 of 2025, under Sections 8/18 of N.D.P.S. Act, P.S. Musajhag, District Budaun. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He has not committed any offence as alleged in the First Information Report. He is languishing in jail since 1.6.2025. It is stated in the FIR that 1 Kg opium is said to have been recovered from the possession of the accused which is below the commercial quantity.
