This second bail application has been filed by applicants Arif and Rashid @ Loha seeking their enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 0218 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120 B, 34 IPC, Police Station Katghar, District Moradabad during pendency of trial i.e. Sessions Trial No. 754 o 2021, (State Vs. Jane Alam and others) now pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, Court No. 13, Moradabad.
