Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 79 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 238 of BNS, Police Station - Sandeepan Ghat, District - Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case on the basis of suspicion only. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The evidence of last seen has been foisted on him. There is no eye-witness to the incident. 5.
