Heard Sri Suresh Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Dilshad with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0185 of 2025, under Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Simbhawali, District- Hapur. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 08.08.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused, Jahid has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 24.09.2025 in Criminal Misc.
