Learned counsel further submits that the applicant runs a grocery shop, who used to provide household articles on credit to the informant and when the applicant had gone to informant's house for demand of money, some altercation took place between them with regard to the said incident, a first information report was lodged on 25.09.2025 by the mother of the applicant against the informant's side and as a counter blast the F.I.R. of the present case was lodged on 28.05.2025, levelling false allegation of rape against the applicant.
