Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime/F.I.R. No.178 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 351(2), 352, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Sector-63, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Vikas Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.09.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.31219 of 2025, as such, since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity.
