Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.667 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2), 103(2), 352, 111(2), 3(5) BNS and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Bahjoi, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Sushil has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 14.8.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.18854 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 3.1.2025, having no criminal history.
