Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.263 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Muskara, District Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the deceased person, who happens to be the husband of the informant, was a drunkard and was enjoying cooking food in the night of 08.12.2024 at about 2:00 a.m. and slaughtered to death by the applicant and accused Jai Hind Tiwari. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
