Heard Sri Narendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.169 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 103(1), 352, 351(3), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Kalyanpur, District- Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is not named in the FIR. The unnamed accused Anand Sharma was arrested by the police and the name of applicant has come up in the confessional statement of said accused person, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. 5.
