Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.94 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Teji Bazar, District- Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted on the suspicion that applicant and two other accused persons had committed the murder of brother of the informant on 22.6.2025 at about 11:30 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
