Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 85 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) & 238 of BNS, Police Station - Nagar, District - Basti, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Abhishek Pathak has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 29.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 37640 of 2025.
