The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Prince Kumar Jaiswar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.225 of 2025, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Sikrara, District Jaunpur, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.07.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
