Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the F.I.R., whereas named co-accused namely, Rakesh Chowdhary has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 30.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 17691 of 2025. Learned counsel further argued that the only allegation against the applicant is that he assisted the victim in going away with the named accused Rakesh Chowdhary from Kaptanganj to Mumbai. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed before the Court.
