This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Jony, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 245 of 2024, under sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 103 (1), 351 (2), 333, 61 (2) BNS and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Bhawanpur, District-Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 04.06.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Ravi @ Lakkad, has already been enlarged on bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 11315 of 2025 vide order dated 08.04.2025. Criminal ante
