GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vipin Kumar, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the F.I.R. is delayed for about two days without there being any plausible explanation of such an inordinate delay. Learned counsel further submits that the victim has herself lodged the F.I.R., in which, there is no whisper about commission of rape. Learned counsel further argued that the victim has improvised her averments in the her statements recorded under Sections 180 and 183 B.N.S., to the effect that the applicant has committed rape but the same does not corroborate with medical evidence.
