Shahjadnagar, District Rampur. 4. Learned counsel for State points out that the applicant has criminal history of 01 case and as such the recital in paragraph 20 that the applicant has no criminal history is false and incorrect. He submits that the bail application be dismissed in view of the order/judgement of the Apex Court passed in the cases of Munnesh Vs. State of U.P.: SLP (Crl.) No. 1400 / 2025 and Kaushal Singh Vs.
