Heard Sri Vivek Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 257 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238 of BNS, Police Station - Budhana, District - Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per the version of FIR, the applicant's son Arjun is stated to have committed murder of his sister, as such, the FIR has been instituted by a police constable with the allegations that the applicant and other family members are stated to have helped the co-accused Arjun in commissioning of the said offence and also to cremate her dead body. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR.
