Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.16 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 137(2), 238(A) BNS, Police Station Adrash Mandi Shamli, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Tushar has already been enlarged on bail by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.5.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.15859 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 10.2.2025, having no criminal history.
