As per prosecution story, the informant is stated to have seen the co- accused person Sarita in a compromising state with somebody else and reported the matter to her relatives. Peeved by the said act, the applicant is stated to have supplied a blade to his wife Sarita who had slit the neck of daughter, aged about four months, of the informant, thereby committing her murder between 4-5 a.m. on 28.05.2025. 5.
