This Court has passed following order on 22.9.2025: "1. Heard Sri Ray Sahab Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Alok Sharma, learned A.G.A. 2. This is the fourth bail application. 3. First bail application was rejected vide order dated 10.5.2023. Second bail application was rejected vide order dated 25.9.2024 and third was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 29.7.2025. 4. Applicant is facing trial for offence of murder. There are eye witness account also that applicant is the main assailant who has caused death by causing fire arm injury. Applicant is in jail since 31.3.2021 i.e. 4 years and 6 months. 5. According to status report dated 6.9.2025 out of proposed 28 prosecution witnesses, 9 have been examined and trial could be concluded within a peri
