Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 56 Kg of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and the other co-accused and from the record it reflects that total 6 packet of Ganja is stated to be in possession of the applicant and each packet was weigh approximately 2 Kg as such the total quantity of 6 packet of Ganja from the possession of the applicant would be approximately 12 Kg, which is below the commercial quantity.
