Heard Sri Akhilesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.346 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3), and 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Chandpur, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith Sanjad, Rihana and three unknown persons, is stated to have assaulted the father of the informant, whereby co-accused Sanjad is stated to have hit him with a danda on his head, who was rushed to hospital and was admitted there on 14.06.2025 at about 11:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
