This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicants, Rohit and Kishun, seeking enlargement on bail in Range Case No. 52 of 2024-25, under Sections 2/9/39/51 of Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, Police Station- Mirzapur Range, District- Mirzapur. 5. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused-applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 15.01.2025. L
