Heard Shri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Varun Pratap Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Vipin Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 252 of 2022, under Sections 394, 411 I.P.C. and 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Bagwala, District- Etah. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.04.2022. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial is proceeding at snail's pace and shows no sign of early conclusion of the trial.
