Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.189 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 115(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Nawabganj, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith two other co-accused persons, namely, Rameshwar Saroj and Vinod had hit the motorcycle on which three persons, namely, Prateeq, Sagar and Abhishek, were travelling on 01.05.2025, over an altercation which ensued during a marriage ceremony in the night. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely inno
