Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the role of the applicant is standing outside the place and that the main accused Gaurav against whom allegation of rape has been levelled has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.08.2025 pass
