Shahid, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 81 of 2025, under Sections 324 (4), 288 BNS and 3 A of the Explosive Substance Act, 1908, Police Station-Kotwali, District-Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused-applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 03.06.2025.
