Heard leaned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The present fourth bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 145 of 2021, under Sections - 302/149, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station - Karma, District - Sonbhadra, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It was submitted that while rejecting the second bail application of applicant by order dated 18.01.2024, the trial court was directed to make endeavor to decide the case expeditiously preferable within a period of six months.
