Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 454 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) B.N.S. Police Station-Khekra, District-Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Smt. Rajesh has already been enlarged on bail by co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.07.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 21541 of 2025.
