There is an illness slip of Sri Siddharth Mishra, learned counsel for the informant, but learned AGA has conceded the claim of parity. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) BNS and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station-Pipari, District-Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Anil Dubey has already been enlarged on bail by co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.07.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 5453 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 25.01.2025, having no criminal history. He furthe
