This bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Balgovind Dubey, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 229 of 2020, under Section 3/4 of Explosive Act, Police Station- Chaubepur, District-Kanpur Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 11.08.2020. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is senior citizen 62 years of age.
