The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in S.T. No.241 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No.265 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali, District Etawah with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed murder of the sister of the informant and her three children in the night of 11.11.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed as there is no time of offence mentioned in it.
