Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 61 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 351(3), 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Dilari, District - Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have assaulted and caused injuries to the informant and thereupon also assaulted and caused
