This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Adnan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 270 of 2024, under Sections 137 (2), 65 (2), B.N.s. and Section 5/6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, Police Station- Mansoorpur, District-Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.10.2024.
