The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 320 of 2024, under Section 3(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Rohaniya, District Varanasi, during pendency of the trial before the court below. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court vide order dated 02.05.2025 and the applicant has been languishing in jail since 29.10.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant while pressing the 2nd bail application has reiterated the submissions and arounds pressed in the first bail application.
