This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sarik, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 693 of 2024, under Sections 109(1), 3(5), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2)(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 3/5/25/27/25(8) of the Arms Act, Police Station Kankarkhera, District Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 11.06.2025.
