As per the prosecution story, on 16.12.2024 at about 4.00 p.m., the brother of the informant had gone to the shop of applicant and had taken Rs.6,000/- from him and thereafter proceeded to hospital where wife of the deceased was admitted and she gave birth to a baby girl, but the husband of the informant did not reach there and his mobile was found switched off and
