It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that according to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., the victim has specifically stated that she was in talking terms with the applicant since last ten months and he is her boy friend and on 09.10.2024 she had herself asked the applicant to run away as such they ran away and physical relations were also established with her consent.
