The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Jatin Kumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 289 of 2025, under Section 8/20(ii)c of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- T.P. Nagar, District- Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 1 quiental 23 Kg Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and co-accused.
