The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 95 of 2025, under Sections 109(1) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Mirapur, District Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 18.05.2025.
