The present second bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 355 of 2020, under Sections - 302/ 34 I.P.C., Police Station - Kotwali Nagar, District - Banda with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. The first bail application of applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It was submitted that applicant was named in the first information report but applicant and co- accused Seema Sharma were exonerated during investigation as their involvement was not found in the incident. During trial of the co-accused persons, applicant and co-accused Seema Sharma were summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. by order
