The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant- Raju Haddi Alias Siraj with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2025, under Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Bekanganj, District- Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the FIR, 153 kg beef is alleged to have been recovered. There is no independent witness of the recovery. The applicant was not arrested on the spot and the on spot arrested co-accused have already been enlarged on bail, bail orders of the co-accused are annexed at annexure-3 to the bail app
