By means of the instant bail application, the applicant, Raghav Alias Raghav Ji, seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0029 of 2025, under Sections 64, 333, 352, 115(2), 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station Churkhi, District Jalaun. 3. The F.I.R. was lodged against three named and one unknown person. The applicant is named in the F.I.R. The F.I.R. alleges that all the accused on the alleged date entered into the house of informant when she was alone in her house and the applicant tried to commit her rape and also inserted his finger in her private parts and pressed her breasts, while other accused assisted him to commit such offence, when the victim made noise brothers and father of the victim reached there, all the accused fled away while snatching golden chain and twenty
