GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Mainuddin Ahmad, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further argued that the applicant and victim have solemnised marriage and their marriage has also been registered, copy of registration certificate dated 30.07.2025 is at page no.6 of the supplementary affidavit. He thus submits that the victim is a consenting party and therefore, no offence against the applicant is made out. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed before the Court.
