This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 95 of 2025, under Sections 309(4), 317(2), 61(2)A of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Bahariya, District- Ganganagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj), during the pendency of trial. 3.
