The F.I.R. alleges that all the accused named in the F.I.R. including the applicant committed rape of the minor daughter of the informant. Learned counsel further submits that though the victim in her statement recorded under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. has made specific allegation against all the accused including the applicant, but during course of trial she adduced her evidence as P.W.2 wherein she has not supported the prosecution version by stating that Bharat, Anil (applicant) and Sonu neither enticed her nor committed her rape, which statement has been filed as Annexure No. S.A.1 to the supplementary
